bOO RESIDENCE Potomac, MD Currently under construction, the Boo residence is a new house in Potomac, Maryland. Comprising 6600 sq. ft. this house sits on a heavily wooded site which slopes steeply to the south and overlooking a state conservation area. The design seeks to organize the main living spaces with a view to the main garden and pool. A pergola sits atop a retaining wall which mediates between the pool lawn and the forested ravine. Just off the kitchen and family room is a broad porch which, in turn, leads to two lawn terraces to the west. |
